GenieNexus Delivery Policy

Thank you for participating in a raffle on GenieNexus. We are committed to delivering prizes to our winners securely and efficiently. Please read this delivery policy carefully to understand how your prize will reach you should you win a raffle, the timeline, and any other conditions.

  1. Delivery Service Provider

Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  GenieNexus utilizes DHL Express Shipping to deliver prizes to our winners. We have selected this internationally recognized courier service to ensureĀ  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  a quick and secure delivery to our winners.

  1. Delivery Costs

Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  The cost of delivering prizes through DHL Express Shipping is fully covered by GenieNexus.
Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Winners will not be responsible for any delivery charges.

Delivery Timeline

Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Delivery is typically completed within one business day of dispatch, subject in each case to DHL’s service availability and operating hours. Please noteĀ  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  however, that in certain circumstances (such as remote delivery locations, public holidays, strikes, unforeseen logistical issues, etc.), the delivery periodĀ  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  may be longer.

  1. Delivery Address and Recipient Responsibility

To ensure a successful delivery, we require winners to provide an accurate and complete delivery address after winning a prize. GenieNexus will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery of the prizes due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the winner.

  1. Liability and Disclaimer

While GenieNexus ensures that prizes are dispatched on time and with a reliable carrier, we will not be responsible for delays, damages, or any other issues arising from or otherwise related to DHL or to other third parties. By participating in the raffle and accepting the prize, winners agree to waive any claims against GenieNexus in this respect.

  1. Lost or Damaged Prizes

If a prize is lost or arrives damaged due to the handling by the courier or for any other reason, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to work with DHL to resolve the matter promptly; however, replacement or reissuance of the prize may be subject to availability and in any event, at our sole discretion.

  1. Restricted Delivery Areas

GenieNexus currently only offers prize deliveries to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, GenieNexus cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to any other restricted addresses, as defined from time to time by DHL’s terms of service.

  1. Changes to Delivery Policy

GenieNexus reserves the right to update this delivery policy at any time at its discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in our raffles constitutes acceptance of any updates to this delivery policy.
