Refund Policy

In general, the purchase of tickets for Raffles (as defined below) is not refundable other than as specifically stated in this refund policy or in accordance with applicable law.
GenieNexus reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend any raffle, promotion or competition (“Raffle”) where it becomes necessary under applicable law, or for circumstances out of its control.
In such circumstances, GenieNexus will refund any entry fees you have paid. In addition, GenieNexus will refund any entry fees where it is required to do so under applicable law.
Please note, however, that, subject to applicable law, the following shall not entitle you to any refund of paid entry fees:
- Entries received after the specified time and/or disqualified for any other reason.
- If, following your entry into the Raffle, you find out that you are not eligible to enter the Raffle or claim any prize.
- If, following your entry into the Raffle, the eligibility criteria for entering the Raffle or claiming the prize changes and you are no longer eligible.
- If you are disqualified from the Raffle by GenieNexus for any reason.
- If you are in breach of GenieNexus’ terms of use or other policies, or if you have committed fraud or any other illegal activity.
- If you withdraw from the Raffle.
